Our Strength
Our team is the best in the apartment complex sales industry. It’s a strong claim, but we’ve put the measures in place to create the highest quality workforce possible and we’re proud of that. At TKC, we’re certified at Topgrading, a hiring methodology which hires 90% A-Players compared to the average 25% A-Player hire rate of other firms. We’ve learned that “platforms” don’t sell deals- people do.
