TKC’s operations team, known internally as the Wolfpack, handles everything for the organization besides sales. The Wolfpack manages all of the underwriting, packaging, and administrative work so that our brokers can focus on calling owners, building relationships, setting up meetings, and selling properties. The Wolfpack is a reference to Winston Wolf in Pulp Fiction, who shows up at the door and ‘solves problems.’ And that’s what this highly talented group does – anchors the company’s operation, improves business processes, and most importantly, keeps brokers on the phones.
Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, Chase attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he earned a degree in Finance. He enjoys the dynamic nature of multifamily real estate, where meaningful relationships drive success and TKC’s culture fosters a competitive drive to win.
Chrissy was born in Boston, MA but grew up in Greenville, SC. She attended Clemson University for Accounting and later Northeastern University, where she obtained her Master's in Accounting. She has been with The Kirkland Company since 2022 and loves being surrounded by the amazingly passionate TKC team.
Emily grew up in Brentwood, TN and attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with degrees in Supply Chain Management and Real Estate. Emily thrives in the relationship-oriented aspect of the multifamily real estate industry and likes that every day in her role can look completely different.
Graham grew up in Brentwood, TN and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he graduated with a degree in Finance. Graham's favorite part of working in the multifamily real estate industry is the unique balance of financial acumen and relationship building.
With TKC since 2015, Jake is originally from the greater Los Angeles area of Agoura Hills, CA. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where obtained a BSBA as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music. As the COO, Jake supports the internal operations of the company and loves being a part of not only the company's growth, but also the lives of those within the organization.
Josh is originally from Thompson's Station, TN and attended Tennessee Tech University where he studied Finance. He has been with The Kirkland Company since 2017 and currently serves as the Director of Operations to support the internal TKC teams. He enjoys the challenges that come with building efficient operations for a growing company.
Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, Judson attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he earned a degree in Finance with a collateral in Entrepreneurship. Judson’s favorite part of working at TKC is the competitive, team-oriented culture that’s always striving for success. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing and is an avid sports fan.
Julia was born in Nashville, TN and attended Lipscomb University where she majored in Finance. She has been an Underwriter with The Kirkland Company since 2022, and loves the positive company culture and being on a team that is hardworking and competitive.
Warren grew up in Nashville, TN and attended Hampden-Syndey College in Virginia, where he majored in Political Science. He loves TKC's collaborative work environment, strong culture and practice of transparency.
