The exterior property has been fully renovated, including new windows, siding, roofs, awnings, decks, stairs, railings, a parking lot overlay, new landscaping, a new playground with bench and a grill area, new entry/exit doors for the property, and new flooring and lighting in hallways. RUBS Opportunity: Current ownership recently began charging $35 for 2BD units and $45 for 3BD units and recovered $29,950 in April 2024 on an annualized basis.
