<$1.4 Billion One Park: City Officials just approved plans for a $1.4 billion development called One Park in the heart of Louisville. One Park is expected to have a $17.4 billion economic impact, and will include 239K SF of office space, 60K SF of retail and restaurants, 200 hotel rooms, and a grocery store. The project estimates to create 2,392 construction jobs and 5,448 ancillary jobs.

Louisville International Airport Record & $400 Million Renovation: In 2024, nearly 5 million passengers flew through Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville, setting a new annual passenger record. In 2023, the International Airport recorded 4.6 million passengers, a 3.6% YOY increase from 2023 to 2024. In addition, The City of Louisville is in progress on a $400 million renovation to the Muhammad Ali Airport.
