William is originally from Jackson, TN and attended the University of Tennessee majoring in College Scholars. William founded The Kirkland Company in 2007 and enjoys learning from clients and studying other entrepreneurs.

Dennis is originally from Chattanooga, TN and attended the University of Tennessee where he majored in Business Administration and Finance. He has been a Broker with TKC since 2008 and enjoys interacting with and learning from clients of different backgrounds across the globe. He also loves the competition within the industry.

Zac has called Los Angeles, CA Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN home at one point or another. He attended the University of Tennessee where he majored in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He started at TKC as an intern but has been a Broker since 2018. He loves the competitiveness of the business and getting to sell a product that he believes in.

Miller is originally from Nashville, TN and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he studied Economics. He has been a Broker with TKC since 2007 covering the Tennessee market.

Brandon is originally from Owensboro, KY and attended the University of Kentucky with a major in Marketing. He has been a Broker with The Kirkland Company since 2012 and loves the art and tact involved in putting a deal together.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Brian moved south to pursue a degree in Business Administration at Northwest Florida State College. With 26 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has been a dedicated Broker with TKC since 2017. Brian loves the dynamic nature of his role, working both within the TKC office and in the field across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

Stephen grew up in Birmingham, AL and attended Auburn University with a major in Building Science and a minor in Business. Stephen has been in brokerage since 2014 and loves the ever-changing landscape of the business and sourcing new deals for clients that help them achieve their goals.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Wade attended Auburn University with a major in Agricultural Business and Economics with a minor in Supply Chain Management. He has been a Broker with TKC since 2018 and loves the competitiveness of the business and helping clients achieve their goals.

Nick is originally from Senatobia, MS and attended Christian Brothers University where he studied Accounting. He has been a Broker with TKC since 2016 and loves getting to see the growth over economically diverse markets and the challenges that accompany being a Broker.

John is from Brentwood, TN and attended the University of Tennessee with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. He went on to earn his MBA at Middle Tennessee State University in 2022. He has been a Broker with TKC since 2017 and loves the different challenges with getting a deal closed and the flexibility the industry provides.

Eric is originally from Memphis, TN and studied accounting at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has been a Broker with The Kirkland Company since 2014 and loves the challenge of keeping up with an ever-changing industry and apartment market.

Originally from Pegram, TN, Tim attended Maryville College and Trevecca University in Nashville, TN where he obtained his undergraduate degree in History with a Masters in Education. Tim has been a Broker with TKC since 2017 and loves that no two days are ever the same. He also enjoys the opportunities to cultivate lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.

Matt is originally from Franklin, TN and attended Belmont University in Nashville where he studied Business Management. He loves the opportunities he gets to help clients achieve their goals and improve communities.

Will is from Nashville, TN and attended the University of Mississippi. He loves being able to connect and build relationships with clients on both the buyer or seller side.

Austin is originally from Illinois. He enjoys the unique opportunities that real estate provides and loves to meet people from all walks of life and backgrounds and work with them to achieve their investing goals.

Noah is from Shelbyville, TN and attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he majored in Exercise Science. He loves the variety in his day-to-day and the feeling of helping investors improve their businesses.
