This came after the Murfreesboro Planning Commission approved the abandonment of a parcel of land on January 12, 2022. This move facilitated the construction of a 76,245 square foot convenience store, restaurant, and travel center along Joe B. Jackson Parkway at Interstate 24.
McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., announces a subsidiary of Oshkosh Corporation, will invest $25.2 million to expand its manufacturing presence in Middle Tennessee. This expansion, occurring a year after the initial announcement, will create 100 new jobs at the Murfreesboro facility for fabricating custom vehicle components.
