Little Rock, Arkansas, is on the rise with a wave of new business expansions and infrastructure upgrades, positioning the city as a hub of economic potential and drawing national attention.
The Faymonville Group, a Luxembourg-based company, to invest $100M in new Little Rock production facility.
What This Means For You: The 54-acre site located at the Port of Little Rock will serve as the company’s first facility in the United States. The project is expected to create 500 jobs. The project is also expected to create an additional 389 indirect and induced jobs in the Little Rock region while generating $239 million in economic impact.

What This Means For You: The expansion is expected to add an additional 175 jobs and be completed by December 2025 with production to commence in Q1 2026.
Little Rock sets new record for number of people employed across the region.
What This Means For You: According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Little Rock area hit 370,420 employed individuals, up 12,856 jobs or 3.6% from June 2023. Another 2,000 jobs are expected to be created through ongoing expansion and development projects. The chamber’s goal is to see over 400,000 people working in the region by 2034.
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock sees largest enrollment growth in 15 years.
What This Means For You: UA Little Rock’s undergraduate enrollment increased by 3.7%, as well as a rise in undergraduate applications (16.7%) and admissions (19.4%).
North Little Rock unveiled plans for a new large scale conference center.
What This Means For You: The 3,100 square foot conference center is able to hold up to a thousand people for dinners and 1,500 for events. The facility is the first of its kind in the area and is expected to be completed by early 2026.
