“Overall, this was a fantastic internship that I genuinely really enjoyed. I have many friends that talk about how boring their internships were and that it might have even seemed like a waste of time; however, this was not the case here at TKC. The team made us feel very important and appreciated for just being here over 2 months in a summer. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also made great relationships with interns and current employees.”

“I am thankful for the opportunity that TKC gave me, and all the connections I got to make. I really didn’t have a clue, looking back, at what all the business has to offer which is why I am so glad that I got the experience I did this summer. Going into my last year of college I now have a good idea of a path that I would be interested in pursuing. Huge thanks go to Mr. Kirkland and all of TKC for giving me the chance to be a part of the crew and grow as an individual.”

“The people at TKC made this internship an unbelievable experience. Talking and learning from the analysts, brokers, senior brokers, and leadership was the most beneficial part for me. This is the perfect internship for someone who is interested in commercial real estate. I can not thank all of the people at TKC enough for welcoming me as an intern for the summer.”

-2022 Summer Intern, UAB

“After my experience as a Summer intern at The Kirkland Company, my knowledge and interest of Commercial Real Estate grew exponentially. I was able to work alongside tons of experienced people in the industry who genuinely cared about my experience as an intern. Any time there was a question, they were there to help. I came out of this internship fully prepared to go into the working world and would recommend this to anyone wanting a career in Commercial Real Estate.
